Sarcozpaz-40 contains Thiocolchicoside 4mg capsules I.P., a GABA-A antagonist and centrally acting muscle relaxant. It binds to GABA-A and strychnine-sensitive glycine receptors, which results in reduction of spasticity. It also exerts a myorelaxant effect at the supraspinal level via complex regulatory mechanisms, providing effective relief from muscle spasm, stiffness and associated pain in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
