Cilofol

CILOFOL contains Cilostazol 50/100 mg, a phosphodiesterase-III inhibitor that promotes wound healing through enhanced microcirculation and improved tissue perfusion. The post-operative use of Cilostazol helps promote wound healing after open surgery. In patients with Diabetic foot ulcer in comparison to aspirin, wound healing was faster in the cilostazol group and the complete response to treatment was higher, with a better improvement in PAD symptoms compared to the aspirin group.
